"I liked just about everything about my employment with American Bank. I would not be looking for employment if they did not have a reduction in workforce. I had planned on staying there as long as I could."

"There did not seem to be any opportunity for advancement. There was no mentoring available."

"too much time wasted on reports, meetings and emails, not allowing time to process loans in a timely fashion"

"too much time wasted on reports, meetings and emails, taking up 50% of your day and not allowing time to process loans in a timely fashion"

"Everything, and everyone. It was really stressful, but it was a lot of fun working with all of the other employees, from the receptionist to the office manager. These were the best years of my employment history."

"Loan officers tried to utilize effective support staff as their support was ineffective without permission."

"A more open door policy to allow higher confidence between support staff and Loan Officers."

"The major layoffs. The processing and underwriting was relocated to Chicago"

"The company has lost many employees due to the restructuring and I don't believe they are going to be able to stay in California. This should not have taken place."
