Submit a Review"It's challenging and always has you thinking and developing your creativity. I get a great deal of satisfaction in actually building new things and then seeing the fruits of my labor when the system gets implemented and runs smoothly. I've had a great deal of success and the projects I've worked on seem to last a long time. Probably the least favorite aspect of the job is the lack of respect from people who don't really understand development. Often times, people will get the impression that a developer is just a programmer and programmers are easily interchangeable."
"I loved being a Sr Application Engineer due to the ability to help and solve customer problems and provide them with products that meet or exceed the demands of their end products. Being able to travel meeting these end customers engineers to solve product quality problems, and providing samples of new products for R&D engineering work prior to production introduction. Providing our management and factory with requirements of new products to meet future demands of the customers and product lines."
"Love everything about it and hate nothing."
"I like the position, but I hate that I got laid off from the job."
