However, being yanked around in 15 different directions, having constantly changing deadlines and vague, and frequently wrong requirements makes for unnecessary stress. Most often, the problems could have been mitigated by management, but usually, that is not the case."

I quickly transitioned into a technical leader role over a team of developers. In 2008, I was given the opportunity to manage at $85K with 10% bonus. With the years to follow with my successful projects I was quickly compensated with a promotion and salary at $125K with 10% bonus in 2011. I have since been positioned on large and critical projects for the company."

"work privacy is there but workers responsibility want to develop."

"just want to understand workers feeling at any cost ."

"Chance to develop killer app and software tools to help improve product performance."

"Get familiar with flash memory devices. Pay attention with SSD development especially in Enterprise & cloud storage usage."
What don't you like about working at SanDisk?
"I have not find any dislike working condition at the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Less management meetings and more engineering meetings on project progress and discuss better solution/ideas. Company should pay more attention to software now a days not just bytes shipped."

"Supportive environment from co-workers, workout facility, family fun days twice a year."

"Get your foot in the door and opportunities to transfer to other areas will come along every 3-4 years."

"An old established company with its sites set on mass producing special metal for an industry that does not require mass amounts."

"Open the door for more opportunities by accepting special orders that made the company great many years ago."

"If you are in software, your job is temporary at best."

"Upper management did not understand the product line or the target customer."

"Had they asked I would have suggested they sell the division to another US based company."
