"Lack of innovation. Hard to get tools to work with. Coworkers who didn't use the tools we did have. No movement to other teams."

"I liked absolutely everything and everyone. Our technology was cutting edge."

What don't you like about working at Emerson Electric Company?
"There wasn't anything I didn't like except my salary. In the bay area, 55,000 dollars doesn't go very far and I couldn't survive."

"I have no suggestions, they were absolutely phenomenal and couldn't ask for better."

"Explain to them you can learn fast if you do not have the skill set for that job."

"Seeing a lot more politics going around. Recent years it started bell-curve performance and causing mangers now to seek someone as scapegoat for low-performers. 1st level managers lack of managerial skills. They always make you feel how fortunate you are to get a bonus. By the way, meeting your goals does not mean you will get a bonus or any monetary reward."

"Focus on rewarding than to find something to penalize a employee."

"Company needs to change couple of policies."

"Lots of new and challenging technical problems and methodology. Everybody is nice and have some opportunity to get very new and advance techniques."
