"Resign en masse. Recognize that your greatest resource is to hire the best - not those willing to accept the average benefits and average pay scale. Recognize that a 'merit' pay system relies most on management's ability to actually recognize merit rather than . . ."

"I enjoyed my role as worldwide PR manager where I had the opportunity to work with an international team of skilled PR professionals in Malaysia, Singapore, China, Japan, Korea and Germany."
