"Do not wait for big things to happen if you aren't coming from an Indian-based consultancy firm or if you don't have insider connections that would give passage to you to get promoted or even to get to any challenging development projects."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"I dislike being switched to support positions after years of career investment in developer positions, due to jobs being offshore to India."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It is a shame for a US-based company to favor offshore consultancy firms and contractors for the cost of losing its talent pool that exists in the US land. Employing veterans for call center or cashier positions at a branch cannot cover this shame."

"I would have liked to see a better focus on resource management and utilization. Often times, the workload was heavy and the timelines were short enough that quality was difficult to maintain."

"I liked the fact I was working towards a greater goal of pushing the country forward to it's next elected official."

"I would suggest making sure you understand that every two years you are subject to dismissal without warning."

"When you are hired on, you are set with the expectation of a long career. However, that was not the case. Every 2 years you are essentially fired and rehired if the new chairman sees fit to rehire you."

"I would suggest changing the way the '2 year cycle' works."

"BHC does so many things in the energy arena; thus, learn as much as possible about this subject."

"I have too many different technologies I need to support and development projects in from java to SSRS, SSIS, Drupal, Portlet Factory, etc. That's good in one sense but it's difficult to become an expert."

"I believe management is maybe promising more than what can be produce with the current resources. But the challenges are many."
