"Get feedbacks/opinions from Employees and try to figure out what needs to addressed for the welfare of the company on a regular basis."

"no growth opportunities, only hiring contractor with no option to be permanent."

"none... this is today's companies definitions. the manager probably does not have a much better experience."

"Ability to develop projects how I invision them with little to no restrictions."

"Ask for as much as possible up front, because this will be what you make the whole time you work here. Employee Only insurance is cheap, but adding family members makes the cost go way up."

"No raises in 5 years and an $11k deductible that must be met before my family's medical is covered."

"My manager is good, and I like him. Had he given me raises, I'd likely be staying there."
