"I'd like to be closer to the corporate headquarters and be able to visit my colleagues and the head off more often."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I'd like to have more VP Level and executive involvement in my sales calls. When working at a smaller company, having that executive support in the sales process is key."

"I love the family atmosphere and the relationships that I have built over the short period of time that I have been at Spectra Logic."

"Make sure you get everything in writing and if you are completely confident with what's on your offer letter make sure you have them change it or don't take the job."
What don't you like about working at The Ergonomic Group?
"The fact that I am remote to our HQ in Boulder, CO I feel like sometimes I don't get the resources needed to make me successful."

"Update internal systems to allow remote employees to get there work done in a more productive manor."

"No new products, declining requirement for solution. Need to adjust pricing model"

"No but be yourself and answer all questions honestly. Most of all dress professional."

"Once you get to a certain level there was not any other room to grow unless I moved"

"When the person your reporting to is at another location is not always a good thing. To much lost communications."

"I work from home and travel when and where I need to."

"You need to be pretty independent and very IT savvy."
What don't you like about working at POSitive Technology?
"Lack of growth, narrow product focus. Sales are too heavily commission based. Reps don't get paid until a month after the company gets paid - we have to do our own calls to get invoices paid - which creates a hostile relationship (sometimes) with our customers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need better accountability on techs and delivery. There is a great divide between the sales dept and the tech dept - and tech management is arrogant (not at the very top though). You learn to live with it, but it could be much better."

"passion of how what I do adds value to the end user. I love working with our clients to develop strategies to improve the health of their associates that will also impact their cost over time"

"Prepare, research and demonstrate your strength and ability to execute the duties of the position excellently. Walking into a new position is simple for a person you listens, takes direction and is resourceful. By the way, that's me."

"lack of value recognition of staff and career pathing for growth. In addition, despite the fact that we are a health and wellness organization we have very little work/life balance for our own staff."

"From a product stand-point, do a better job delivering a value proposition and portfolio to our clients. Internally, maximize the resource and human capital that you have to get to the first objective."

"Carousel is building a higher level sales team. Be prepared to discuss your experience."

"Working for an Integrator, you sell between 100 and 200 products and companies. I would prefer to focus on one company."

"My current company needs to move to Salesforce.com as their CRM."

"Yes, to ask as many questions they have regarding a specific position so that they are not fullfilling a role that was not promised to them."

"Comcast is an extremely large company. Lots of red tape to get things done and miscommunication."

"To be more personable and to be a leader by pulling rather than pushing."

"Make sure to approach all communication with Singapore Airlines Cargo with a great deal of respect, as this is a big deal in Asian culture."

"The technology was behind the times and we regularly dealt with computer/network failures."

"Continue to push Singapore Airlines Cargo as the elite airline it is, but do this without alienating potential customers."
