"My role oversaw the entire backbone of the business. I was primarily responsible for the whole backbone of the business, i.e., back office, inventory, asset protection, Geek Squad services, customer service, front lanes... everything but the sales floor (proper) which I also formerly managed. I loved what I did as I had most responsibility and was responsible for 2/3 of the location's employees. No dislikes."

"It's a state of the art technology company. It is great to see the contribution to the medical field, technology and military our products address."

"No - it is a good company, it is just struggling on hard times."

"Only that the economy is impacting the company ability to grow."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Grow the Sales group to find more customer orders for the company to continue to grow.."

"Unfortunately CitI was extremely corporate, they do not breed creativity."

"Managers were very nice and although their culture is a bit dry, they are very gentle with their employees."

"Be prepared for an extremely suited and corporate environment. They are looking for an exact fit and fostering and teaching are not their main priority"
What don't you like about working at CitiGroup?
"The culture was quite dry and stiff. It left many employees afraid to speak up or challenge current rules."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow for more strategic and creative thinking. There we're lots of employees with great ideas but often overlooked due to their title not being important enough."

"its relaxed, and there is very little pressure. Its not a job that you take home with you at the end of the day."

"Its great if you are in school or need a part time job but anything beyond an entry level position is hard to come by"

"Very little room to grow and as a salesmen you are very much on your own to gather all your sales leads."

"be more committed to decisions regarding marketing to ensure the largest portion of the market share."
