"Be prepared for an extremely suited and corporate environment. They are looking for an exact fit and fostering and teaching are not their main priority"

"The culture was quite dry and stiff. It left many employees afraid to speak up or challenge current rules."

"Allow for more strategic and creative thinking. There we're lots of employees with great ideas but often overlooked due to their title not being important enough."
