"Lam is a great company, solid product, happy place to be. They work hard and some play hard together."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It's a tight knit group. Most have been there for a long time. Be sure that you are a good fit in the first few months. If not, cut bait."
What don't you like about working at Lam Research?
"I actually really like my position. There were personality conflicts with my female boss. She was insecure about me moving in to take her job. Other managers were surprised to see me go and even asked me to move to their departments."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get some new blood and new ideas in there to shake up the old timers... your look is looking a little outdated."
What do you like about working at PepsiCo?
"I like the challenges of selling and meeting different people. It's not an employer that offers a job, but a career. The growth opportunity is tremendous."
What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?
"Having to work the holidays. That's the only thing I don't like."

"I have no suggestions. Working holidays can't be avoided."
