"Nothing. I have a reputation for not being satisfied with the companies I have worked for in the past, but Surewest is a great company and great to work for."

"Trying to help people in desperate situations get a car so they can keep their job.we"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't. Take a job ANYWHERE else. They lie during interviews."

What don't you like about working at Right Way Automotive?

"The company lied about trying to help people and took such advantage of them. They sold bad cars at 25% interest through their own bank. Also, paid by commission only. If you did not sell, you were paid minimum wage for 40 hours even though you worked 60 or more, then once you did make commission, they subtracted what they paid you in minimum wage. Do not usually make salary listed, but no options for anything lower."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to what the workers are trying to tell you. If they are hard workers not making any money, maybe it is the store manager. Stop letting go your most loyal employees."

"in downtown Seattle so had access to one of the more interesting urban cultures in America"

"sure, ask them if they engage in gross product misrepresentation, ask them if they routinely overlook such despicable sales tactics"

"engaged in gross product misrepresentation, lied to employees, provided minimal training with absolutely no emphasis on ethics"

"first and foremost they should all fire themselves thus instantly improving the workplace environment"

"The company has a great deal of long term dedicated employees because the culture and vision goes beyond just the business. There is overall focus on work, personal life and community balance."

"This is a decent size company that operates like a small company....very tight knit."

What don't you like about working at Allen Packaging?

"Because of the size there tends to be a few that gossip and I don't care for that."

"I don't feel the current lead system that is in place is very effective. I would like to see a new system brought in."
