"Incompetence of my boss, almost a joke as I look back on the company"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't offer health insurance and then be unclear (lie) about when it will be available... and then when an employee has a injury, you can't blame the employee for living a life, and you can't strong arm the employee out of fear of being sued.By the way, it was out of the kindness of my heart that you weren't crushed in lawsuit.Also, I went on to be about 10 times more successful and more fairly compensated."

"Don't bother. I am surprised that they are still in business."

"Was a good overall experience. Tremendous learning opportunities. However, dangerous work environment. Travel is heavy."

"The travel got to be too much, and the pay could have been better."

"The Internal nature of the company means you will be working with a multitude of cultures. Be aware that colloquialisms rarely translate well."

"It was too bureaucratic, and strategy decisions were made in a central location for all product lines."

"Diversify technologies and decisions to the local markets, and stop trying to cut development cost. A company grows to be profitable; it does not cut expenses to be profitable."

"I enjoy my co-workers, and the support I receive from management and upper management. It has a family like atmosphere which I really like. I am in no way micro-managed which I feel has led to my success as I have the freedom to make my own decision. This is something that is very important to me."
