"Small and flexible. Very good at reacting to customer problems. Good at managed services, security, and data networking."

"Make sure you get a very good job description before starting."

"No project management. Very hard to get information from overworked resources. No clear vision. Not a good telecommunications company."

"It was challenging and received alot of useful technical training."

"They could not seem to find programs profitable for any reason. They didn't seem to have the ability to fix manufacturing defects (common cause variance)."

"My manager is one of the best salesman in the company and taught me everything I know about sales. He supported me %100 percent and was there to do whatever it takes to get the sale."

"Its a great place to work."
What don't you like about working at Bosch?
"The sales support on the application engineering side was often difficult to deal with. I often had to go above them to their boss in order to get them to help with a sale."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create better synergy between sales engineers and applications engineers. We both are working towards the same goal so there needs to be more of a team environment."

"Your technical skills will definitely be challenged. There is a rigorous test that you must pass in order to move to the next level. I would download a trial become very familiary with it!"

"The market has had an enormous impact on the company and so many, many good people have been let go."
