"It was a family run business that was very supported. They were very interested and new opportunities and looking to expand their business opportunities."

"Taking away accounts without telling the salesman of immediate supervisor. Terminated the sales reps and went through distributors."

What do you like about working at AvePoint?

"It was a fast pace environment and a growing company. I was able to wear many hats and expand my knowledge in the sales engineering field. I loved that fact that I was able to play a big part in the development of new products."

"Ask about the stock past, name changes, hostile take-over, and about how many times they have laid off employees in the last 10 years."

"All members of the organization are trained to become independently responsible for fulfilling daily tasks, quarterly and annual objectives while collaborating and working alongside team members."

"Be agreeable and don't question too much on their methods as they like people that just follow along."
