"The pay was not the best and it had no benifits."

"Listen to your employess suggestions. They are on the front line so they see what is going on a day to day basis."

What do you like about working at Database Marketing Group?
"The people - I've developed many close relationships in my time here. The company culture is laid back with no micromanagement. Everyone works hard and gets the job done. I also love my Managers who will always make time for me to meet with them if I need to. We also have quarterly Employee events that are very fun to attend as well as an annual Christmas party at a nice restaurant. Many companies are nixing Christmas parties altogether. They also pay for our medical insurance premiums - less than 1% of companies do that."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to be in the office for a total of 3-4 hours. My interview was split up into 2 days, the first day was with 3 people for a total of 3 hours. The next meeting was with one another person for another hour. I then had to take a personality assessment which was another few hours. The interview process can take months. Definitely worth it in the end for me."
What don't you like about working at Database Marketing Group?
"The pay does start out pretty low - I was ok with this because I just came out of college and knew from the interview that I would love it here."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I'm really impressed with how the company is managed. My managers are great and I really enjoy working with them."
