What do you like about working at New York Life?
"The freedom to work as hard as you wanted. The income was not quite what I expected."

"Ask the survival rate for reps within a one to three year employment."
What don't you like about working at New York Life?
"No lead generation, all on your own. All expenses for doing shows and seminars were out of your pocket."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The insurance business is a relationship business and the customer should come first."

"It's not bad but I'm used to being creative. I cant get used to scripted sales."
What do you like about working at Triton Technologies?
"I like my coworkers, most of the staff, the energy, the atmosphere, and the support! The agents are all like 1 HUGE family...no jealousy, no hostility...no confusion. There's only fun, healthy competition. Everyone wants each other to succeed!"

"Make absolutely sure you know EXACTLY what you're getting into"
What don't you like about working at Triton Technologies?
"You dont have too much of an artistic license or ability to be creative and sell in your own way. Also the commissions are pretty poor."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To give their sales agents larger commissions or a higher base salary or allow us a little room for us to be creative in order to create our own successes."

"I like the freedom to perform my working duties, and they always welcome changes."

"Be yourself and be very clear in regard to what you would like to achieve."

"There is nothing I dislike about this company, and there is nothing I can add at this moment."

"I have no suggestion at this point in time. It is a great company to work for. I am just looking for a change."

"They offer great benefits and paid time off regardless of part time or full time."

"Be nice and always smile. When you answer your questions, even if you don't know the answer, be confident."

"The branch is always understaffed so the work load is overwhelming."

"Get more employees, or when someone is off make sure that the branch has enough staff for that day."

"The people, they are what make it special, as well as the great service."

"Be positive, believe in yourself and do your home work. Knowing what the requirements are and being willing to give all of yourself to the cause will bless you beyond words."

"The ability to be promoted within the company is extremely challenging under the current structure so that is a negative for me."

"Continue to execute your vision to improve the merchants processing experience through quality and great service as well as innovation."

"If you work hard you can make a ton of money in sales."
What do you like about working at GEICO?
"If you are willing to work hard you can seriously make a ton of money. You get your regular pay no matter what, but if you exceed your goals you get a monthly bonus on top of it. No joke, some salespeople at GEICO make six figures working on the phones. No cold-calling, so people who call in are nice; I've done cold-calling in the past and it was awful--it's nothing like other call centers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Sell yourself in the interview. If you have a crappy job history, you better have a good reason for not staying at your other jobs--they'll want you to stay here for a long time."
What don't you like about working at GEICO?
"I don't have a problem with anything, really. It's nice to be selling something that is required by law--it's a lot easier to convince people to buy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let people know when they're doing a good job. Don't stress people out."

"The freedom and the people that work there. Also, I able to work out of my house and come into the office on my own time."

"Overall, working for this company is not bad, as long as you have experience in real estate you should find this company just fine."

"Even though the people that work there are great they don't offer a whole lot in helping you grow your own business."

"I think they should make it more of a team effort than an individual effort."

"Make your own hours. High pay. Location. People I work with. Meeting new clients."

"That it is quite difficult to start, and it is a lot harder than they tell you it is."

"That it's hard to make sales, other people steal your sales. Saturated market."
