"I have seen so many people come and go. Expect to work there for no longer than 18 months. If you do accept the job, document everything."
What don't you like about working at Vertafore?
"We were a sales organization once. A proud vibrant company. Today, Vertafore is run by accountants and people that have absolutely no industry experience."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management team looks for scapegoats instead of taking responsibility for their failures. This organization has lost more talent than they can hire in Bothell. It does not yet understand the impact of the mistakes they have made."
What do you like about working at Bridgeline Digital?
"Good product, very intelligent people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you request to meet the CEO, and spend some time in person with him. After that, trust your gut instincts. You need to ask yourself if you're willing to continuously work 50-60 plus hours per week, weekends, nights etc, to be successful. You will be compensated well, but you will most certainly work for it."
What don't you like about working at Bridgeline Digital?
"The CEO and micromanagement. Also the culture is very formal and cold. Most people seem generally unhappy. There is a huge, undiscussed work/life balance issue that they will not address."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management is all driven by the CEO, who is the main problem. Unfortunately, not much can be done to change the person that he is. This company could be much more successful if it wasn't for the large amount of turnover caused mainly by the CEO's abrasive and abusive personality."

"Susman Insurance is a family own business I enjoyed working for the Susman's they were very good people"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I do not have any suggestions for anyone other then the Susman' are very good people"
What don't you like about working at Susman Insurance Agency?
"commissions were way to low plus had to give the first 10 policies to the agency before I would earn any commissions. Commission rates changed every 2 years. prior to the last change commissions where 50% of total commissions paid to the agency then they dropped down to $60 per policy after the first 10 policies sold every month."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have no suggestions to management other then paying better commissions and not giving the first 10 policies sold to the agency"
What do you like about working at Xerox?
"I liked the training that was a constant. I liked the name recognition, the career paths available, and the leading edge technology."
What don't you like about working at Xerox?
"I didn't like the interview process. I also don't like how Xerox has gone all virtual and eliminated the CBU's. I also don't like the lack of definition of territories that is happening now between reps that are a part of the mergers and aquisitions of late."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue to develop teams that support and help one another. Provide opportunities for sales people to feel connected."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You must enjoy working with customers and show your enthusiasm in dealing with the public."
What don't you like about working at AAA?
"Working for a CA based company, I often felt they did not have a pulse on the UT market. I found myself pushing market data and demographic illustrations to the main office. As a commissioned sales rep this was somewhat of a frustration."

"BUYER BEWARE. the cat jumped in the hat and the cow jumped over the moon. I am just writing words so that I can submit my survey because it wont let me untI I hit a total of 13 wordds"
What do you like about working at Road Runner Sports?
"The co-workers and overall they are semi-flexible with scheduling in the call center in sales and customer service."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"DONT interview, dont even bother applying. If you love retail and like working with customers face to face then you may like retail but your chances in corporate are only good if you are good at being very politically correct and keeping your opinions to yourself"
What don't you like about working at Road Runner Sports?
"The senior management because most of them have been here more than 15 years and they are not going anywhere...there is a clique of them and if you get on their badside then you are pretty much blacklisted. There has been a salary freeze for about 5 years-noone really cares about receiving their annual review because there will not be any increase in pay. They are super inconsistent with their reasons for writing people up and for firing them; again if they dont like you or if you arent in the canoe they will FIND a reason to let you go. They dont like people voicing their opinion especially if it goes against anything they want their employees to believe."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"lift the salary freeze, revise the attendance policy and Match the 401K. Let the employees voice their opinion without fearing being fired. quit hiring incompetent people from outside the company."
