Submit a Review"I love that I can set my own appointments and essentially make my own hours. Yes, if you don't have any sales you better be working more, but the opportunity is there to get it all done in less then a 40 hour work week and still make a decent pay check. I like that the products we sell are actually of value and are helping more families then ever be able to afford family protection."

"Working with the tourists who loved to skI and enjoyed the snow."

"They will hire anyone, so there is no fear of not getting hired, it is a revolving door."

"The unbelievable corporate bureaucracy and dirty little secrets among management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Too much incest between managers sleeping with agents and having to watch all of that."

"My trainer was inspirational. The rest of the management team, especially upper management, were horrible and very negative in everything they do."

"Beware: Caution with this company Do not apply for this company!"
What don't you like about working at Connextions?
"No support by previous manager, who new nothing about insurance, but was my manager; go figure. Jonathan Spencer and Carmen Deleon are idiots. They are proud of there job, but have no idea of the real world of insurance, and professionism."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire all of the staff, and replace with seasoned professionals."

"whe oportunity is offered to network as well as the environment."

"not really just to show their real potential and show them what they can offer the company."

"sometimes the co-workers where not that enthusiastic to do their tasks"
