"The mean and hostile corporate environment in the San Antonio office. The lack of accommodations and office space forcing a need to share a desk. The hideous dark paneling. An absolutely depressing office."

"At the time of my employment there, AIG was not being managed as it should be at all levels."

"Ask if it is possible to spend a day in the field with an agent to experience what a typical day is like. Also, see if they have undergone a dramatic change within the last two years."

"Chasing after clients to pay their premiums. Also, having a recently sold policy lapse shortly thereafter."

"Changing their target market; improve training for their agents; and conducting their business in a fashion similar to other insurance companies."
