"Some limited professionals still in the organization to work alongside otherwise lackluster with zero accountability due to bad management"

"Only consider this company as a last resort as its under hostile takeover by a competitor and the playing field will change when take over is completed, mot likely a Hugh change in the structure and operations of the existing company with elimination of mid management which has been lackluster and inefficient"

"Green and very unprofessional and inexperienced managers promoted to positions they can not manage correctly which brings down moral and performance"

"Hire and promote experienced professional industry related talent that can understand clients and there needs correctly and inefficiently"

"Teleglobe is a totally different company than who I worked for - ITXC. Teleglobe purchased and absorbed them and the their culture."

"The founder was a little too single minded; he hired people that were talented & innovative. He should have let his horses run!"

"Get over yourselves. They may have been somebody at AT&T, but here you are just like everybody else working for a startup."

"Consider hiring former AT&T who have been successful both while at AT&T but elsewhere - they have an excellent perspective on meeting expectations internally and externally."

"I enjoyed the work , while there are problems, it could be as it was, with the right leadership that understands the business."

"Motion has lost its own Idenity, with GPC taking over so many areas of the business.Motion employees are on the outside looking in."

"Usually they aren't that well trained in either Pt or/and fluid power.Their background never suggested that they had the previous experience to be in the position of leadership."
