"Be prepared to have decreased commission for your work, and also, to work in poor conditions."
What don't you like about working at TruGreen?
"The managers could never show you where the commission was or why you did not receive the commission for your work that week. Also, unsafe practices were everywhere."

"Become a little more professional and organized. Fix company vehicles and be a little more cautious and safe at the workplace."

"Client building. I enjoyed getting out and meeting new clients and presenting them something exciting that could really help their business."

"The training. Everything I learned on selling Mantek products was pretty much self taught."

"Train your employees and there will be less turnover. An educated and happy employee stays."
