"Shared services - my specific sales unit did not have dedicated sales support, tech service. Nor did the group have a dedicated sales management to support development projects."

"The organization is a shell of what it use to be when I first started with the company. Go in with eyes wide open. Be specific with your interview questions and hold the people who answer those questions accountable for their answers..."

"Knee jerk reaction to restructuring when the board of directors required entire organization to meet financial goals forecasted to stock holders."

"Hire experienced management relevant to the specific markets serviced."

"Excellent team approach to gaining business in the business unit. Dedicated team of technical service, chemist, sales management, and customer service representative. Always fair with employees, cared about employees!"

"Not recognized as industry leader in the market I supported company. Considered an new provider in the market I sold in for flexible packaging adhesives and coatings."

"Managers need more direct experience in the specific business units per market. Meaning, none of my sales management or business unit management had any experience in the specific market servicing."

"Only take the job if you seriously need the money."

"They did not fullfill their promises for raises after meeting sales/growth objectives. They ran out of money and could not pay for our expenses to China for three months."

"Their President/Owner, Steve Doman, needs to get help for his drug problem."

"Be confident and pretend to be excited, they will hire you. It doesn't matter if you can sell or not, this is what they like and that's what they select. I would bet my house that you would be hired by following that advice. That's how well I know the Coca Cola Company."
