"Not much: Some of the people. Can buy health benefits w/ Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Very few managers are good."

"The management should provide a career path for SW Engineers, which SAIC does not!"

"5 years Little chance to grow outside the box they put you in."

"the organization and time management; little communication between upper management and those working on the trucks"

"hold more meetings that include technicians or heed the advice of the technicians to help put trucks out more efficiently"
