"I've worked for RSM for over 4 years. The company culture will vary from office to office, but I've particularly enjoyed my time at the Irvine location. They provide great benefits, and have had a great investment in their employees and their commitment to creating a great working culture. The work can be challenging, and the nature of the profession can be quite demanding, but comparably to other firms in the area, this has seemed to stand out quite a bit on its own through its dedication to making sure its employees are well taken care of."

National leadership is strong, but local leadership needs improvement. The firm has grown immensely over the past decade. However, with this growth, the ability to be heard has deteriorated. Compensation is solid, and the firm supports a flexible work environment and cultural diversity."
