"I’ve worked at RSM for three years. The high majority of my co-workers are nice motivated, and intelligent. Everyone at the firm works well with each other, as we all have the same goal of getting projects completed. Most projects run into each other, which makes each one demanding and time-consuming. The employer is great, too, as it treats the employees well. The occupation itself is very difficult as it requires a lot of hours, travel, and learning-on-the-go almost every week."
