So far, the caliber of professionals we work with has been great, but the top leadership and all of the various processes and requirements have been underwhelming. I'm appreciating the offerings that the firm can provide to clients, and the different types of professional opportunities the staff have. But there are definitely downsides in feeling lost in a big firm."
