"I have been with RSM US LLP since the beginning of 2008. Prior to that, I worked for an affiliate RSM office in South Africa for 3 years. The firm is highly motivated with great goals. National leadership is strong, but local leadership needs improvement. The firm has grown immensely over the past decade. However, with this growth, the ability to be heard has deteriorated. Compensation is solid, and the firm supports a flexible work environment and cultural diversity."
