"I liked the interactions with the many logistics vendors, the unique challenges that would arise every day, and I enjoyed having some flexibility with regards to my office hours."

"There was little to no room for promotion and the salary they pay is far below what other organizations are willing to pay for similar postiions with similar responsibilities."

"Offer more employee appreciation, better compensation, and most importantly create a more horizontally structured organization so that employees are motivated by the portantial to grow and advance."

"I loved my project management job. It allowed me to use my creative talents and work directly with publishers and development houses to create new flagship curriculum programs that were adopted by major states such as TX, CA and NY."

"Major emphasis was on outsourcing our projects to a group in India that did not understand the publishing industry. RRD is an ideal fit for the printing end of this business, just not the development"
