"I worked for RR Donnelly from March of 2011 to September of 2013. I was a business analyst in the financial printing area. The people I worked with were fantastic and I learned much from them not only technically but also personally. While in the end, upper-level management decisions deteriorated the working environment. I would go back to work with the team I worked with in a heartbeat if given the opportunity."

"After working for this company for roughly three years, I would say that it is a good place to work. My only qualms are with the pay for tech-related positions, which I feel can get a bit low. I understand that IT budgets aren't always what they used to be, but I feel that I may be a bit under-appreciated, in that aspect. Otherwise, it is a great place to work, with a large group of people that still try to make it feel like a family business."

"I enjoyed working with different formats and working within a team to put out a high quality product in a quick turnaround timeframe. I enjoyed the people I worked with and the upper management was personable as well."

"Understand that working in a manufacturing environment is fast-paced and ever-changing. You must be willing to go above and beyond your normal set of responsibilities at times."

"I did not like working third shift, which was required of me for many weeks of the year."

"To take a close look at the attributes each employee brings to the table and to evaluate those employees based on their job performance."
