"My interview was not very technical due to it being a starting position. Just be yourself."

"I did not have any issues with the company, but rather just not the right location for me."

"I do not have any suggestions. I think that they are doing a great job."

"The Richardson facility is dying at the expense of Cedar Rapids. Don't get caught in Cedar as it is a one horse town."

What don't you like about working at Rockwell Collins?

"Upper level management politics and the interference and problems they can cause without care. HR hides behind lawyers with some weasel policies that are well hidden."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There are way too many chiefs and levels of management. Some have decision power where they shouldn't and others need to let go."

"Very good company to work for, it is just too far from home. Also work 2nd shift and need to get on days for family reasons."

"Level load the work and allow more movement between the government and commercial divisions to level the manpower."
