"It's a pretty relaxed environment, but they do mainly look for candidates with experience when hiring for the pharmacy, expect to be offered only part time work and be stuck with that for several years."

What don't you like about working at Rite Aid?

"The store manager is a horrible control freak, stepping into the pharmacy when he had no idea what really went on; he is not a team player and tries to rule with fear."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better communication between pharmacy and store management so the pharmacy can better focus on their tasks for their department."
