"It's been a long time. Not a great place to work if looking for upward mobility."
What do you like about working at Rite Aid?
"I have a great boss that provides wonderful support and great flexibility."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Please, if you do wind up getting a job with Rite Aid, don't let it get away from you, pretty soon you will find yourself there, 10 years later with barely anything to show for it!"
What don't you like about working at Rite Aid?
"The company doesn't seem to value any of its employees. Employee Appreciation Days are twice a year, and instead of getting your usual 20% discount, they bump it up to 30%, not much if you ask most associates, and it always seems to fall on a Sunday, when you don't work and don't feel like going into work on a day off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There is way too much management, management EVERYWHERE with nothing to do but run the same information down a very long line until it hits me and my co-workers. They need to listen to their employees and focus on what matters. There is too much emphasis on numbers that don't matter and less emphasis on the patient experience."
"Overall nice starting job, nice experience."
