Like any company, there are both good and not-so-good things. GOOD: Senior management is open and transparent about the financial state and upcoming changes in healthcare law and how that may impact the hospital. NOT-SO-GOOD: The high turnover rate makes it difficult to feel safe."

In one case a manager actually ended the conversation when I told him I was not Adventist. I appreciate the pay and the benefits which were fantastic but that place ate my soul, and the politicking is disgusting. For a company founded on Christian values they do not act like it."
