"Having been able to work McLeod has been a great opportunity for me. Being able to work for great people at the start of my career, who took the time to mentor and give me the training and understanding that was needed in order for me to succeed. These early lessons will stay with me throughout my future endeavors."
"I have worked for Community Regional Medical Center now for just over 2 years and I have really enjoyed my time there. It has been a wonderful organization to be a part of and I am very grateful for my experience there. They have an awesome team with great leaders who I respect and have learned from. This company also has a great mission that I am lucky to be part of and hope to find some of these values in the next company I work for."
"SRMC is a great place to work and I have been here for 9 years now. The facility is on the up and HR/Administration are taking great strides in improving employee satisfaction. SRMC is a wonderful local employer and deliverer of health care needs for the surrounding communities."
"Great company, but leadership lacks the knowledge and the appropriate skill level. I need to be more transparent and communicate better. Also, need a training and development program."

"I have worked for Lakewood Regional Hospital since 2012. Overall my experience has been positive."
"OK place to work. Coworkers are very nice to work with."
"I work with the best team! As a group we all support each other to help to get the job done. The pay is way below scale. Medical coverage carries high premium and does not cover enough to keep your OOP costs low. If you qualify to Opt Out of medical I would suggest you do so."
"Total garbage company... don't work here, period!!!"
"Company employed about 300 employees and had an annual turnover rate of about 28%. The company is owned by the City of Troy and is subsidized by at $1.5M annual tax payment. Like any company, there are both good and not-so-good things. GOOD: Senior management is open and transparent about the financial state and upcoming changes in healthcare law and how that may impact the hospital. NOT-SO-GOOD: The high turnover rate makes it difficult to feel safe."
"I have worked for crmc for 10 months.I believe I am a hard worker. I have gone out of my way to prove i willing to learn new things. I am honest, trustworthy and I try to be a leader always on time , willing to work over time. I am the right person for the job."
"I worked for SRMC for nine years. In that time I applied for dozens of transfers and promotions and every single one was ignored. In one case a manager actually ended the conversation when I told him I was not Adventist. I appreciate the pay and the benefits which were fantastic but that place ate my soul, and the politicking is disgusting. For a company founded on Christian values they do not act like it."
"Was recently laid off as an RN Coder and was told that CFHA would do all that it could to help with re-employment within the organization. HR rarely calls back and my previous Director NEVER returns calls."
