"the executive leadership in our department is ultra conservative, but expects everyone to have their same views."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have more interaction from leadership with their employees. All leadership does is go to meetings. Supervisors don't supervise, they're too busy going to meetings, which is something a manager or director should do. The buck has been passed so far down the chain of command that you're either considered important or not important."

"Supplies are not always readily available. The floor I work on has a high turn over rate and therefore we often work without being fully staffed."
