"Just be ready for a gruesome qualification procedure. The only good thing is it's all free and there are second chances. Nothing is a one shot deal."

"It's not so much that I don't like it, but the daily affiliate report often prevents the formation of the evening meetings."

"DAR and conferencing should be less frequent. Particularly for managers with only one territory."

"The ability to be utilize my analytical, management, and sales experience to build up Ana-Lab's presence in the Alabama region."

"Make sure that they have a clear picture of the company's promotion policy."

"I did not have enough control of the resources I needed to fully market the territory I was assigned."

"Less micro management of your sales professionals. Make a better effort to pay your employees in a more competitive manner."

"Low stress. Ability to work on learning new things like photoshop. Able to collaborate with marketing with other sales people."

"The job is to make 50 calls. That's it. 50 calls. And make sure you hit your numbers. And get at least 20% new customers. And go after contractors. And distributors hate you because you go direct. And contractors don't buy steadily."

"I am a salesman for a large territory but my job is to make phone calls for sales. The database of customers hasn't been updated in years and the customers we deal with don't want to hear anything from us anymore."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Open up our job description and allow the sales team to broaden there horizons. Manage production to allow each product to be in stock rather than made when ordered."

"My position provided the ability to work strategically with large financial organizations in in the North East region as well as working tactically with small start ups. Collaborating with clients as they create new solutions and solve existing problems is very rewarding to me."

"When interviewing with this company - it is important to ask a lot of questions regarding what business they really want you to sell."

"They say no to new business, VP level goals are set too low, Need stronger CRM tools for sales efficiency."
