"I love the constant change in my day. As Mike Tyson said, "Everyone has a plan until they get hit!". The work load is not for a beginner or entry level sales person. AutoAlert is the first firm I have seen in modern times that actually promotes from within."

Regional Manager at Redbox

"I love teaching, and mentoring people. I love being in the field getting my hands dirty as well. But I am also comfortable being firm and getting the job done. I believe you have to give respect to get respect and treat all my employees and co workers with the utmost respect. There is only one thing I do not like about being a regional manager and that is when you have exhausted all resources and must terminate an employee. No matter how many times you have done it, it is never pleasant."

Regional Manager at Forum Development Group
in Denver, CO

"As a Regional Manager for Forum I was able to utilize skills that normal Regional Managers would not have the opportunity to do. I enjoyed this aspect of the Regional but would have liked to be in the role diligently and not pulled off of the position to perform duties that would take away from my attention as a regional."

Regional Manager at Carrier Enterprise
in New York City, NY

Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"Disappointing. Carrier was once a great company."

What do you like about working at Carrier Enterprise?

"Good Product with some great employees. Company is easy to navigate"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Maybe in a few years,, not right now. Yes the product is good and easy to sell, but you must sell an incredible amount of product to make a good living. Way more then industry standards. You will become an ordertaker as you have no support at all."

What don't you like about working at Carrier Enterprise?

"Margins are kept artificially low at distributor level to control income of incentivized employees. Targets are unattainable and they know it. You could sell millions of dollars in product and make less than the receptionist. No Joke,,, it happens all the time. Salespeople that leave go on to be very succesfull elsewhere, so the problem is not the salesforce. Watsco owned company is only considered in trimming costs Qtr to Qtr to look good."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Resign,,, go do a course in Sales Managment. Do not let accountant manage salesforce."

Regional Manager at Ecova
in Portland, OR

Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"The company is growing too quickly without experienced leaders."

What do you like about working at Ecova?

"The company mission and the nature of the work, Energy Consulting, is what drew me to it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared for radical change of responsibilities, people and resources."

What don't you like about working at Ecova?

"The company was taken over by Avista, a utility while I was there and changed from Ecos Consulting to Ecova. The culture and direction of the company was worse off for the change."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consistency. I had five bosses in the 22 months I was there. The org structure was constantly changing. Changes were made because they looked good on paper but were not informed by consideration of existing personnel."

What don't you like about working at Vascular Access Centers?
