"Google Einstein Industries not paying their employees"
What do you like about working at Einstein Industries?
"Everyone had unique personalities which brought a lot of diversity to that table. The opportunity to make good money is present but at the expense of burning the very clients who put trust in you. I do have to say though I learned the priceless lesson of everything not to do when running a company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"avoid it at all costs unless you enjoy working for a company that at time of payroll will tell you they don't have any money."
What don't you like about working at Einstein Industries?
"Upper management only cares about clearing the millions of dollars in debt they have accrued, even at the expense of their own employees. They will tell you they are broke come pay day and then continue to lead you on by giving you only an option to resign."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sell the company, you are only doing your employees and clients a disservice. Multiple employees are owed back pay in excess of $75,000"

"Working for the top luxury brand in the US and being surrounded by all of the top brands and department stores."

"Get ready to work hard and I hope you enjoy traveling."

"The strict expectations of work and travel. In other words, we were expected to be on the road a great deal."

"They could try and make the traveling expectations a little more realistic."

"Overall, the company is great to work for; be sure to research your project prior to accepting your role and understand what you are accepting. Not all projects are created equally; I was fortunate enough to work on a fantastic project!"

"No room for growth and development, role becomes less challenging after a while."

"Create more support roles that generate more room for advancement."

"Flexibility, telecommute, travel is a good thing about my position."

"If you don't mind working in a non sociable office then you are good to go."

"The vision is somewhat cloudy from the CEO. Wish we had more access or transparency."

"Stay consistent with award programs. Good for morale. The annual trip is old and it's time for new ideas in that regards."

"The CEO is to unmanageable and could not be trusted."

"Having a concreat structur in order to run our company. Stong polycies in place and is a way to handle any situation, without getting stress out or don't know what to do."

"Been professional and have the experience required, because is a really strong company with good compensations but knowing they need to see results a.s.a.p After almost 6 years to been working for Morgan dental corporation, was my best experience in my career"

"Some times, politics are involve in some decisions, but Like I always said, we have to be loyal to our company and Dr. Jason Morgan who is the owner of the company in order to always be protected and generating our salaries"

"May be, have a little more open communications with the employees. But the company it's great."

What do you like about working at Prolon?
"Selling to large customers is what I like best. There were many large distributors."

"Analyze the company position in the market. It is questionable."
What don't you like about working at Prolon?
"The products were inferior and more expensive because they were American made. Competing with China you must have the quality to off set the price."

"Get some investment so you can improve your manufacturing. The factory was in bad shape."

"It was outside sales which I enjoy. The customers were large distributors which was always challenging."

"Be careful that what they tell you is actually what is happening with their business."

"The products were somewhat inferior and thus business was tenuous. Eventually territories were realigned and my position was eliminated."

"Improve your product quality. Reputation depends on quality of product."

"I love the fact that we are helping patients. Every day I'm in the operating room, we are making a patients life better."

"No real tips for others, otjher than to make sure the patient is your focus."

"My immediate supervisor is not providing the leadership or mentoring I would like."

"Way too slow to react. While medical device industry requires clinical support, we miss out on a lot of opportunities."
