"I liked everything about them. It was a great place to work and I advanced quickly."

"They were siezed by the FDIC and no longer in business."

"I love to train and help others. I worked with new managers, staff, and customers. There was always a lot to do and I stayed very busy."

"Look at all your options and weigh out what you really want out of a job. If you want to move up fast, just work"
What don't you like about working at Marie Callender's?
"The only thing I did like was the amount of hours you were expected to put in to be successful. I really wanted to settle down with a family, but that was not possible with working 60 plus hours a week and sometimes out of town for a month or two at a time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A little more flexable hours of employment. I would have taken more of a pay cut just to have more personal time."

"I was placed in Florida to sell, manage staff, handle financials, handle clients and support personnel placed throughout Florida and Puerto Rico."

"I enjoyed the process of learning about sales from the ground up. The support from upper management. The potential for advancement within the company. The consistently earning money from residual."

"You must love to sell and be a self starter or your success rate will be small to nothing."
What don't you like about working at Aflac?
"I did not like that AFLAC was all commission. As the market was starting to get saturated with Alfac agents, leaving little to no opportunities for new accounts, this affected my ability to grow a region and earn on a consistent basis. They also did not provide insurance or benefits."

"To provide monetary support in the start up and upkeep on a district office."

"Well, I don't mind, but we worked about 80- hours a week, it got hard and tiring. There was not persoanl/work life balance!"
