"Big Train was a great company and environment, when the company was sold new management lost all dedication to employees and customers."

"I liked that we were giving the ability to be creative with our sales concepts and we were allowed to plan our travel to maximize our sales in the correct territories."

"Working in a fast paced industry we would promote a product that was later never developed or manufactured, this made it difficult to maintain trust with customers."

"The smallness and uniqueness of the corporation. You got to know upper management very quickly."

"Good place to start, but not a place to go to in order to advance your career."
What don't you like about working at Daiichi Sankyo?
"After the merger with Daiichi, it became a different work environment and had totally lost its original mission statement. A lot of great people have come and gone over the past 5 years."

"They need to have one plan and stick with it for at least 6 months. Growing pains are hard, but what they went through was ridiculous."
