"A huge sales drop over the past 18 months that cause many positions to be eliminated"

"Keep working to drive sales back to the records we set the previous 5 years"

"I put in 12 hour days, and have no time for my personal life. There is also a lack of professional structure."

"Revamp the whole system, providing uniform protocol for all to follow, a system based on past successes, to duplicate them."

"I enjoyed working with customers and I also enjoyed the different management level of experience."
