"I dont have any specific tips, the store actually closed its doors so this would an be irrelivant question and unfair to aswer, I worked there more than 10 yrs ago"

"Standing on my feet 12 hours a day, haveing employees call out sick and me having to cover thier shift."

"Lower Prices to keep customers coming into the store. Have more specials to allow for more customers to afford lunch."

"Be polite, honest, and most of all, friendly. This is a customer service job so a positive impression matters."

"Some of your duties can be less than pleasant. Nobody likes cleaning encrusted food off of things."

"Be a bit more careful in hiring. While less than stellar members were never around for long, there shouldn't have been quite as many of them as there were."

"The inspections, everyone versus everyone. I was blamed a couple of times for mess I didn't do."

"The corp sells to people who buy these for there kids and most are lost as restaurant work is work and they are now pros in the field make it hard at other stores"

"hire pros to run your restaurants"

"When they were growing it was great. Good upper managers, very professional."

"Be professional and be careful of moving out of state for a position unless you would like to live there if the job is no longer there."

"Operations people make the decisions for operations, marketing for marketing, development for development. Cant have them mixed."
