"go in with eyes wide open and know that every 90 days they fire lots of people"

"No one will take responsibility for thier actions or make a decision even when it effects our company"

"Take care of the customer first and stop stepping over dollors to save pennies"

"I enjoyed the people with which I worked."

What don't you like about working at Quiznos?

"I did not like that about every quarter there were layoffs and at the VP level and above there did not seem to be a understanding of decision ramifications to current and previous initiatives."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Although directives were supposedly forethinking, they largely came across reactionary to the fire at the time. Stop forcing intelligent franchise owners they must abide by Quiznos rules and vendors when they can do the same quality of business via approvable means at cheaper margins."
