"I loved working with people and managing employees and helping them reach their highest potential. I gained satisfaction knowing my customers were happy."

"I dont have any specific tips, the store actually closed its doors so this would an be irrelivant question and unfair to aswer, I worked there more than 10 yrs ago"
What don't you like about working at Quiznos?
"Standing on my feet 12 hours a day, haveing employees call out sick and me having to cover thier shift."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Lower Prices to keep customers coming into the store. Have more specials to allow for more customers to afford lunch."
