"The position was only temporary, I was a consultant brought there to generate the corporate QA Program and train personnel to implement the program."

"Limit the expenditures to direct business related needs, growth will come as money is available."

"The environment will be stress-filled due to the managerial style and you will regret your decision to work there if you are offered the job and take it."
What don't you like about working at Corfin Industries?
"The constant stress and fear that everyone has of a certain someone in authority is so thick that it could be cut with a knife. The company wastes a lot of time and money looking for paperwork every day. There isn't any teamwork or support to work together in order to improve processes and working conditions. Everyone is afraid of a certain someone. People are ridiculed, belittled and humiliated in front of others either in person, emails or on speaker phone so others can hear that someone being a bully. It's really very sad and disheartening."

"Work together as a team and stop finger-pointing and back-biting."

"I enjoy the flexibility of being able to work from home when needed and the fact that I am not micro-managed."

"Be straight-forward in telling us what you know what to do because your lack of experience will immediately be seen if you start working here."

"Commute was too long. I took the postion becuase I was REALLY attracted to the company, but after a yeat, the commute was too much to handle."

"Teaching personnel to prevent cross contamination, creating a quality based product, positive attitude from some of the production crew, and I enjoyed manufacturing products that benefit health."

"The production manager acts as if he is the boss over quality and is supported by one of the owners."
What don't you like about working at Life Tree Manufacturing?
"Trying to motivate the production manager to complete master batch record review, and cleaning logs review in a timely manner so I could complete my review. Trying to get the production manager to notify me when equipment was disassembled and cleaned prior to reassembly, and in verifying line clearances."

"Quality is critical to ensure the customer is happy with the finished product and to continue business in the future."

"There are so many morons and cheap foreign engineers that it doesn't take much to look good."

"Just don't bother! Look for a real engineering firm and stay away from Ventech!"

"VP's are total idiots that got where they are by sucking up to the family owners. Most customers and suppliers won't work with them after they get to know them."

"Get rid of the vice presidents. They have no clue what they are doing!"
