"The environment will be stress-filled due to the managerial style and you will regret your decision to work there if you are offered the job and take it."

What don't you like about working at Corfin Industries?

"The constant stress and fear that everyone has of a certain someone in authority is so thick that it could be cut with a knife. The company wastes a lot of time and money looking for paperwork every day. There isn't any teamwork or support to work together in order to improve processes and working conditions. Everyone is afraid of a certain someone. People are ridiculed, belittled and humiliated in front of others either in person, emails or on speaker phone so others can hear that someone being a bully. It's really very sad and disheartening."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work together as a team and stop finger-pointing and back-biting."
