What don't you like about working at Kindred Healthcare?
"There doesn't seem to be any opportunity for advancement. I haven't had a yearly evaluation in over 2 years and this makes me not feel like I know where I stand. The yearly evaluation is an important event for me."

"I would probably feel much better as a consultant for sure."

"if you are a PM be prepared to forget everything you ever knew and all past experience. If you are an engineer, be honest on your resume"

"too much focus on keeping the customer less integrated and a large PM staff needed to do so instead of becoming more closely integrated and letting the engineers work more directly"

"don't be afraid to let the customer know that we don't always have a concrete plan for them and don't be afraid to admit where there is significant risk in the product due to resource constraints, lack of time and lack of details"

"Due to the size of the company and the overhead structure, downturns in business resulted in significant personnel changes."

"Do not create new positions unless they are sustainable for several years."

"Very little. Production employees were great but hindered by poor, top-down leadership."

"Run away. Run far, run fast, get yourself brain-washed so you can forget you ever even heard of this company. They will tell you positive things, but what is in the window isn't what's for sale once you walk into the store."
What don't you like about working at F. Ziegler Enterprises?
"The wrong people are leading this company. From inappropriate relationships at the highest levels of management, to the lack of key positions..no production scheduler really It was unstable, there were as many lay-offs as there were employees in 8 months. They painted a rosy picture, but put up every possible roadblock to success. There were double dealing, back-room politics, etc. I would not recommend investing time and talent with this company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make decisions and make them final, no second, and third, and fourth guessing. Empower leaders and trust them, make fact, not emotion based decisions. Stop turn-over!!! Hire and trust EXPERIENCED leaders."
