"It is all family business. Difficult to get work done.Too many buddies and no discipline"

"Be more involve in operations and personnel matters.Support mid managers with personnel matters as needed."

"I was hired to implement a formal Quality Management System and am being given the tools and authority to do so."

"Be honest in all communications and maintain your integrity in all activities."
What don't you like about working at AMX Corp?
"The Corp. is a Sales and Distribution company but AMX Cheney is the only manufacturing facility in the Corp. structure. Most of the Corp. Executives have little or no manufacturing experience."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Our facility generates almost 50% of the global revenue for AMX. I feel that the local facility would be better suited to be a pure Production house instead of a mix of development and manufacturing."

What do you like about working at Online Buddies?
"I enjoyed the camaraderie, the focus on all technical levels and the relaxed demeanor of the work environment."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Again this is not a bad company, this was just a part of the company that was not prepared to take on a full QA team. Other people will enjoy the company as a great place to work."
What don't you like about working at Online Buddies?
"I did not like the misguided nature of the organization. The realization that the QA roles were not needed after much time had been spent going through the process of hiring was a bit strange."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Think about the positions before the hiring decisions are made: if there is not a need - do not hire."
