"Was a small company, mostly familty owned, easy to approvals for work."

"There was not a place for me when the Tollway decided to take the property I was managing back in house for demo..early."

What do you like about working at Lester's Bison Farm?
"It is a very family oriented farm. We worked closely together and all got along very well. Great team work"

"Own your actions. Be responsible, reliable, and above all, be honest and well intentioned."
What don't you like about working at Lester's Bison Farm?
"There is no room for growth. The owner needed research of new products, organization of current inventory, boost in sales. I produced what he needed in 3 months and now it is time for me to move on"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reassess the quality of employees. Sometimes when working with family it is easy to misconstrue accountability"

"I receive a quarterly Bonus every quarter since being employed for a job well"

"I enjoy what I do, it gives a a great sense I worth and I really enjoy learning at the end of each Quarter that I have done my job well by making my Quarterly Bonus"

"Nothing at this time, I would still be working at this company if they weren't bring in their own Management company"

"Working for Sumar was a great experience. The owner really cared about the employees and wanted everyone to succeed."

"Show your work ethics to be impeccable and you will succeed with this company."

"I enjoyed each opportunity and really cannot think of anything that I did not like. My Supervisor was excellent. She actually promoted from within when she saw that you proved yourself through exceeding the goals."

"I have no suggestions for improvement. They were excellent to work for."

"From the owner to the supervisor, all of the people that worked for Tower were excellent."

"They are no longer in business in Houston, Texas, so it would be a mote point."

"They sold all of their assets in Houston, Texas, I was disappointed that they did not buy more properties."

"Buy more properties in Houston, Texas. I enjoyed working for Tower."

"Experience counts, make sure you are able to work independently."

"Sometimes the hours are long and you are not compensated for your time when it comes to the property management portion of the job."

"Open the doors for advancement, some perks for loyalty and dedication to the company."

"At every position I have held the company was in better financial shape."
What do you like about working at Chamberlain Manufacturing?
"I really do not know Corparate in IL. Only 3 employees here in MA. employees here in MA. They have been trying to sell complex since 1999 but hazardous waste issues stop any sale."

"Best advice I could give is be prepared to work in a dark, lonely complex. There is no room for advancement"
What don't you like about working at Chamberlain Manufacturing?
"No leadership basicly job entales keeping a former military bomb mill standing. Built 1919"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not really as Corporate hasn't visited the complex in 10 years. Just collects rent of over 1.5 mil a year. They own such companies as Churchhill downs, masterlock, chamberlian garage doors and at least 20 other companies around the world."
What do you like about working at Pacifica Cos.?
"I was alloted the freedom to run the building as I saw fit, it seem to build a better relationship between myself the owner and the tenants."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"None that I can think of, if you are capable of commiting yourself to the role then you will be fine."
What don't you like about working at Pacifica Cos.?
"Sometimes items of major importance seem to be of less importanace to corporate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Items needs to be dealt with slightly more quickly especially when time is of the essence."

"It's flexible, the environment is nice. People work together to get things done. Feel responsibility."

"Be straight forward with questions and exactly what the job entails. Direct communication is very important."

"It's a small office, not too much space for advancement."

"A little more interaction with employees to guide them in their work. Hand out greater responsibility to other staff."

What do you like about working at Great North Property Management?
"Management cares about our opinion. They are available to help us with our Boards at a moments notice. We feel that we are part of a professional team with people who are focused on the mission of supporting our condominium Boards. I have worked for two other management companies and Great North is by far the best. The management is constantly investing in its people and it's systems."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be sincere, honest and driven. Our managent is very motivated in providing a high level of customer service. They are looking for very committed very driven people who understand the importance in giving there clients fantastic service. The are not looking for slouches or people who don't get that our customer comes first!"
What don't you like about working at Great North Property Management?
"The Boards we serve can sometime can be a challenge. They sometimes don't understand that we are at the mercy of third party contractors and that to get them to react quickly takes a huge effort."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The continued investment in good systems and great people is the way to go. Keep it up ! Each day I think we are getting more and more efficient and are delivering a great platform of services to our Boards."

"Dedicated and experienced team with focus on performance and client satisfaction."

"When interviewing, do not be intimidated and be very specific and direct."
What don't you like about working at Edgemark Asset Management?
"There is nothing I do not like. The portfolio I was responsible for was sold in January of 2012"

"The growth potential for additional 3rd party management and leasing is very strong. Edgemark is an instustry leader in the Chicago land market providing these services."
