The idea of keeping a space comfortable inviting, attractive and profitable has always been my goal as a customer service provider.I also love the relationships developed as a manager. If there was anything that I hate about property management it would be people that are disrespectful."

"I was far away from the main office, so they didn't meddle in my day to day work."

"Don't apply here unless you really, really, need a job"
What don't you like about working at Agoura Hills Financial?
"They violated several Federal and State labor laws. They asked me and the employees to work 80+ hour weeks without paying overtime. They asked me to engage in illegal activities, including lying to the buyer of the property I managed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need to become more ethical, stop saying inappropriate things to the employees, don't ask us, or involve us, in illegal activities. Be honest to the people investing with you."

"The current on site employees that we all worked as a team for the greater outlook for the property."

"I have no tips to give at this time make sure you are given a job description list along with signing all paperwork and getting copies."

"The Regional Manager is very unprofessional with all aspects of communication. Lack of training of specifics and throwing and degrading employees that are under her direction."

"Be aware of upper management employees conduct and training when hiring an employee or lack of. Very disorganized when getting approval for items."

"walking from the parkign lot into work, traffic is heavy sometimes"

"A property manager at Public Storage usually works their property alone with too much to get done in the time allowed for below living wages. There is Nothing I liked about working for this company."

"pay is $10/hr, even with a dilapidated apartment, it is indentured servitude."

"Usually worked properties by yourself, required to do more than time allotted, not compensated nearly enough"

"hire many more employees and pay them a living wage."
